Customer service is exemplary! The staff are polite and accommodating.

A bit hard to find the lobby, as it's located on the 8th floor with no ground floor signage. It could leave first-time visitors feeling lost.

Amazing place with extremely polite staff, everything was perfect. The location was quiet and LOVELY, just a short walk away from Patong Boxing Stadium. We did not want to leave, recommend.

possibly the best and quite comfortable stay on short vacation. great location, lovely area, just off city center, and the beach and downtown.

It was just a proper fit for a lightning trip in Patong with good value for money. The breakfast looked really nice, but unfortunately did not taste as good. Be prepared for some noise from nearby mosques throughout the day.

Comfortable Stay with Minor Drawbacks

We enjoyed our stay, especially the spacious room stocked with essentials. The pool area offered fine views. We faced some issues with air conditioning and housekeeping. Pro tip, Walk to the beach. It's a scenic 15-minute stroll or a quick motorbike taxi ride.

The customer service at Journeyhub Phuket impressed me. Every staff member I encountered was cute and helpful. My room, the Beautiful King Room, had a good layout, but the air conditioning left much to be desired. It often made the floors wet with condensation, uncomfortable. The location struck a nice balance-close enough to shops and restaurants but far enough for some peace. The rooftop pool was a standout feature with fine views. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was really slow. While I enjoyed my stay and found the service excellent, issues like the dampness and slow internet diminished the experience.

Comfortable room, convenient location, with a 10-minute tuk-tuk ride to the beach and a 7 Eleven right next door for easy access to snacks and essentials.
